1. Gathering data about the Users
To gain full access to the content and services offered by the Portal you do not have to register with us.

2. Information storage and protection
Company data contained provided to us will be stored and processed within the scope provided by the User and in compliance with the requirements of the applicable Polish law.

3. The right to verify, modify, and remove data by the User
Each entrepreneur who completed the registration form will gain access to his/her data, for the purpose of verification, modification, or removal.

4. Scope of User information availability
The owner of the Portal will not provide, sell, or make available company information to any third parties or institutions, unless upon the express consent, or upon request by the User or if requested by court, police, prosecutor's office or any other entitled authority - in the case of law violation by the User. The portal owner may disclose collective, general statistical information to institutions co-operating (which mostly refer to the ratings of our service) which will not contain any details allowing for identification of the User.

5. Cookies
To adapt the content and services to individual needs of the Users, the Export Promotion Portal uses cookies, i.e. information downloaded from the Portal to the User's computer, readable by the server on each connection with the computer. Cookies provide statistical data about Users' traffic and usage of individual websites of the Export Promotion Portal. We may also plant the cookies to monitor Users' traffic between the Portal and co-operating internet services. However, we will not bear any responsibility for the usage of cookies on other websites available to the Users through the links that are available on the Export Promotion Portal sites.

6. Information contained in access logs
We gather information regarding service usage by the users, and their IP numbers. This information will be used for technical purposes, related to the administration of portal servers.

Conforming to the general Internet idea, we have placed links allowing Users to directly access other websites. However, we are not responsible for the privacy protection policy of the other site owners. The Users are encouraged to read declarations concerning protection of privacy available on websites gathering personal data.
